Daniel is a counsellor at Carebü under the supervision of Sandra Braun, CCC, LCT-S, and recently completed his Master of Education in Counselling from the University of New Brunswick. He is also a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 10 years of experience supporting neurodiverse youth, adolescents, and adults. His approach draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), grounded in a person-centered approach.

Daniel’s particular area of focus is supporting the people and systems surrounding neurodiverse and queer individuals, including parents, caregivers, siblings, partners, educators, teachers, and helping professionals. He is interested in supporting caregivers and support networks navigating stress, burnout, advocacy, communication, relationships, boundaries, and the challenges of creating sustainable support. Daniel also works directly with neurodiverse and queer individuals providing an affirming space where clients can explore their identities, relationships, challenges, strengths, and goals without judgment.

Daniel offers virtual counselling throughout New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.

Please Note: Daniel is completing his hours to meet licensure requirements and is not currently a Counselling Therapist (CT). Session fees are therefore not covered by insurance plans requiring a CT designation.
